2014-2015 Schedule

Fire School meets 3 times a week for four hours:

Tuesday 5:30 - 9:30 P.M.

Thursday 5:30 - 9:30 P.M.

Sunday 1 - 4:00 P.M.

It is our intention with this schedule that students will be able to continue working jobs and maintain family life. However, this is an intensive course and will take commitment and diligent effort to complete. In addition to class hours, students will have outside homework to complete and are required to attend at least one service on Sunday, either at 10:00 A.M. at The River or at 5:59 P.M. at Flathead Valley Cowboy Church.

Fire School charges a standard tuition of $1,500 for each student, which covers classes, books, attendance to conferences put on by The River, and local outreaches.

Fire School also offers an international mission outreach opportunity for an additional $2,200. (Students are not required to go go on the trip.)

Why does it cost so much?

We understand that this tuition may seem high to many people. However, compared to other ministry training opportunities, you will find that we are not so expensive after all. Our staff has lowered the price each year in order to make it possible for more students to attend. (Fire School tuition is less than half of the cost of most ministry training schools and mission programs.)

In addition, we have also found that when we have offered training completely for free, our students invested very little into their own learning. Just as Jesus said, "Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also" (Matthew 6:21, NIV). We have found that when students have to make a significant financial investment, they simultaneously push their hearts toward pursuing God with greater passion.

We do not want anyone to miss the opportunity to receive training. We believe that God can provide supernatural provision for people that are hungry for more of Him. If you feel that you cannot afford to attend Fire School, please contact us to speak with one of our staff so we can help you find a solution. Jesus said, "Seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well" (Matthew 6:33).
