Fire School Applications
Thank you for your interest in Fire School. From this page, you can download all documents needed to apply for the Fire School.
Please note that there is a $35 non-refundable application fee. After reading our Fire School Manual, you must turn in all three of the documents below when you apply (Fire School Application, Personal Recommendation Form, and the Pastoral Reference Evaluation Form).
Completing Your Application to Fire School
- Download and read the Fire School Manual (PDF)
- Download and fill out an application:
- First Year Application (DOC)
- Second Year Application (DOC)
- Download the Personal Recommendation Form (DOC)
- Download the Pastoral Reference Evaluation Form (DOC)
- Return your filled-out application, and ask a friend and your pastor to each submit the forms you give them*
If you do not have the ability to download these documents, you can pick up a paper copy at our offices, or we can mail them to you. We will also be happy to answer any questions you have about filling them out.
*The Personal Recommendation Form is to be given to someone who knows you well, and the Pastoral Reference Evaluation Form is to be given to your pastor. They are not supposed to give these forms back to you or show them to you. They are to submit them directly to us, and we have included our mailing address on each form so they can do so.
