Fire School Applications

Thank you for your interest in Fire School. From this page, you can download all documents needed to apply for the Fire School.

Please note that there is a $35 non-refundable application fee. After reading our Fire School Manual, you must turn in all three of the documents below when you apply (Fire School Application, Personal Recommendation Form, and the Pastoral Reference Evaluation Form).
